Below are the Defense Fund strike forms that MUST be filled out and returned to the Local. There are two, one for CORE and one of Utilities - there are different processing unit numbers. Please fill out and sign and return ASAP.
The payment for the Members relief strike has been increased per week:
0-14 days - zero payment
15 - 26 days - $300
27 and all days after - $400
